    Default Turns to surrender

    Hello! Does anyone know where the turns to surrender for sieges can be changed? I found the turns until attrition, but can't find the other

    So I gave the siege effect from the chaos siege trait to a general, but even with it set to -5 turns, I am still seeing 6 turns to surrender
