New modder looking for some help/advice with my custom spell issue

So I was messing around with a unique spell for lord wurrzag and followed some guides i found on this forum somewhere. When I implement it in game i come across the issue in the screenshot. Any advice from the community? Thank you, sorry for bad english

You must have forgot to add the entry for the spell in the special_ability_to_special_ability_phase_junctions_table where you connect a special_ability to a phase or multiple phases. If that's not it, maybe you forgot to add some effects for the spell in the special_ability_phases_to_effects_table?
