Hello, Ive heard great reviews about this mod and wanted to give it a try. However, my game CTD whenever I load a battle. The campaign map works fine and Ive tried multiple solutions such as setting the affinity. I have windows 10, disabled antivirus. Im not sure why it CTD. Please help as I would love to play this mod

Have you installed the 3.1 patch? also try this thread http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...blems-and-bugs or perhaps this one http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...-on-newer-PC-s Windows 10 and/or steam are widely known to cause problems in some instances, I got rid of Win 10 and steam(for a different reason) and went back to Win 7 Pro and discs, I also added Large Address Aware free software and it works like a dream on all my mods

The most likely cause for this is that you chose to use High Resolution Vegetation in the Launcher. Just re-install RSIII right over the top of everything and that should fix it. Then don't choose that option (which is broken).

I'm having this problem as well. I load up a battle and the loading bar gets halfway, before an error message of 'Rome TW - Alexander stopped responding' pops up and then CTD. I've tried affinity, I've turned off vegetation, all settings on lowest... This is at the beginning of any campaign. Have I missed something while installing the game? I've copied over the relevant files from 'important stuff' like player formation, ai formation, background script, etc. I've no idea why it's crashing. My AV excludes my RSIII folder as well.

I even reinstalled the game and the mod again but same error. I've installed the mod over a disc version of the game (already patched to 1.5) with Alexander installed. Is it likely a vegetation issue?
