    Default Free upkeep

    Hello, first, thank you for this great mod that increase the longevity of an already great mod like cow..

    Please excuse me if this problem regarding the free upkeep is already solved in 1.5..
    I'm playng as night goblin and the only units with free upkeep are the goblin netterss, that cost 80 each.. it's ok
    but if i build a fort and garrisoning an army, the 4 units with higher upkeep, have free upkeep, trolls (1000 each) included

    Already solved in 1.5, indeed. Several factions were lacking almost any free upkeep units, draining them of money in an unbalanced way.
