Lol its just a bug

once i attacked an army with my naval units.

How did you managed to attack a land army with ships??

Anyway probably the agents are modded a little bit, that is why they have this home-field advantage. I know for a fact, that with correct editing you can make the spies to have 100% chance to get in be it a lvl 1 or higher spy.

If i'm not wrong i had reinforcements in the ship and i was trying to beat the Turkish army with attacking them from the ships.For a moment i saw my cursor turned to a sword after i selected the navy. Then i clicked

battle screen came out

I tried to make the same thing again later but never happened. I wish i had a full stack of ships so that maybe i could defeat the Turks

that would be unique

Note that the catapult in the second battle was in the sieged fort, that's why it took casualties, not because I used it twice

Hmm, eww. Well, posted a save in any case.
One I had to replay after noting catas cant be used vs fortresses.

So from being in a good position, it's very dangerous for Egypt atm indeed.

Saleska, you played from the save that the admin made, correct? I hate to say it, but if Mith didn't respond to the question about the apparent rule violation, then I don't see what other choice you had.

Yeah, I played with admin save, I did not really have another choice I guess, but the turn was quite big for Mith and he did spend quite a big of time on it...

Hmmm...he wasn't notified about this by VM (maybe by PM?), but in any case he hasn't been online since he posted the turn. Unfortunate, but it is what it is at this point.
