Which verison of RSII has the new custom settlements?

Is this RS 2.5 or RS III?

Is it worth downloading RSII for the custom settlements or RSIII?


Now how I do install RS III on steam, or is there anyway I can use the steam folder of Alexander to copy and paste etc?

RS 2.6 is the old base.

RS 3.1 (tweaked) is RS 2.6 with the new settlements/graphics and a few other, relatively minor, changes.

The game-play is more or less the same with both.

There are other posts hereabouts with details on getting the Steam version modded, as well as Win10 issues. Not my area - Win XP SP3 is the best! And actual disks in my little hands.
