-The ancient law of the Ager Publicus will henceforth be fully enforced.
-Each man is entitled to 500 iugera of land.
-He shall be entitled to an extra 250 iugera of land for every one of his sons.
-Any estate over the maximum limit will have the land exceeding the maximum confistcated.
