need help with this mod

hey guys i am having trouble with this mod. it loads fine but i cant see any foot troops. all you see is the weapons no troops. cav and ballista are fine but almost nothing for the infantry. plz help i am a huge tw fan but this is my first mod.

hey mate thanks for the reply. i have both of those files in my data file and still no change i even downloaded them again just to make sure

Extract them , and be sure to check you are copying .pack files.
