    Default Own mod not working

    New to modding so just needed a bit help.

    Created a mod with PFM. Named it to testmod and made sure that it was set as a mod. Added building_units_allowed and units_to_groupings... Renamed them to ff_building... and ff_units...

    Trying to add the aux_cel_axe_warrior to the Roxolani faction.
    In units removed all and added new row with aux_cel_axe_warriors to military_group steppe.
    In building removed all and added a new row with key 99000, building to rom_barbarian_religious_nomad_1 and unit aux_cel_axe_warriors

    From what I've gathered this should work. The mod is in the data folder and I see it in the mod manager in the launcher. However the unit is not recruitable and I can't figure out why. Even downloaded another mod to see if I missed something but no. But something has to be wrong. What am I doing wrong?

    Added the warriors to units_custom_battle and they show up in the custom battle. So the mod is working as such but the units don't show up in the grand campaign.
