Suggestion // Female Faction Leaders

This post isn't going to be a suggestion pressing the plausibility of whether or not this mod can make any effort to be more inclusive to female representation in the ahistorical politics of the ancient world; but instead a curiosity as to whether or not Ancient Empires can diminish one of the lazy gripes I have with ATW.
I understand that the family tree is one of the primary reasons that made an ancient conversion mod for Attila so lucrative. We're all aware of the fact that in the rare event that a faction leader dies without an heir who is of age, their spouse takes over as regent, and is manifested in the diplomacy screen as a man with a male voice.
I'm wondering if it would be possible to mod this occurrence so that at least a female portrait shows up in the diplomacy screen, and that the dialogue on the interacting faction's end is simply silent?
