Gnaeus Julius Iulus made his way through the city of Rome, to meet with the head charioteers of the city. His every intention was to host several days of the most wild racing known to Rome.

"Salve, Lucius. I have come to inquire about having a series of races held. I would like it to be a total of 6 races. 5 races of the 4 horse chariots and 1 race of the 2 horse chariots. How much would such an event cost?

I was thinking the prize money could be 750 for the winners of the 4 horse and 500 for the winners of the 2 horse."

Iulus smiled nervously. He was down 10'000 denarii he didn't really have. It had been an expensive year so far. "Agreed! It shall be a pleasure to watch good racing again, the Greeks haven't the same skill in the sport! Their old skill is long diminished."
