    Default HRE in Campaign

    How will the HRE, specifically electing their emperors, work in MKTW? If i recall, there was no election mechanic in ATW but rather a family tree system where the heir would be designated.

    elections happened only when there was no clear heir. It's represented well enough by what happens if the entire family tree dies in vanilla
