Converting .wem to .ogg, missing riff problem

Hello,

I tryied a Guide about how to Convert .wem to .ogg and did everything but got this messeage "Parse error: missing RIFF" in the cmd window

Yeah, I got the same problem as well a few months back. Most of the converted files worked, but some didn't (specifically the cutscene + music .wem files had the "missing RIFF" problem).
