He signals his troops: "onward" he is not going to let them prepare. This will be death from above, quelling a rebelion in the king's name. As they advanced, the soldies began to sing:

This is a Welsh territory controlled by the English, Noytary. There is no rebellion going on here.

And you can't make one up either.

You are actually just attacking lands that are considered English with the Lancastrians pretty much destroyed now. Nothing is really Lancastrian now.

You are attacking English lands as an English noble. You are asking for the King use royal authority to your own detriment. I would ask that you reconsider these actions else Herbert may lose a lot for this.

I planned on doing it in the middle of the war.... I don't get it. If they don't bow to the king they should be subdued to do so.

You're basically attacking the lands of the king in peacetime. They submitted, there's no rebellion.
