Sextus Erucia Mergus and his family members receive +1 Vote in any election for the next two years for proposing the underlying basis for the law.

This law is considered a populist measure. The Bonus was added to these characters because the new citizens would rightly see them as "patrons" which ties them in as clients in the patron/client system. Not all who voted Yes shall receive bonuses out of a need to limit the rewards to maximize their usefulness. Let this serve as a reminder that both debate in the Senate and action can lead to tangible rewards!
