King Edward speaks with Earl Hastings. They decide on the following:
Sir Michael Moody will rush to Yorkshire to command the Yorkshire militia. They will defend Yorkshire against any invading foe and coordinate their response with allied forces in the north. (2,700 men)
The militia of Middlesex (London) will be put under the control of Edward at once. Edward also takes 1 unit of his Yeomen Longbow guard (300 men) with him and leaves the rest behind to protect his family and Exeter's family as well.
The rest of the militia will march to London to meet with Edward. All professional troops will be called into London. Once the forces meet en masse in Lodon, we will move with all possible haste to Sussex to engage. Edward will be the overall commander.
Hastings will lead his militia along with his professional troops down to London, then to Sussex as well. He will be at the King's side.
Take the main roads if possible.

The Holy Army would take... 8 tiles to get to Alnwick which is somewhere between Newcastle and Berwick. So 8 hours, but since its on the road, it would be half the time so 4 hours.
Alnwick would be somewhere around Morpeth.
As for Michael Moody...
21 hours by road, so 12 and a half if you stick with the road
Otherwise:
16 titles in total
- 7 road tiles (3 and a half hours)
- 6 plain tiles (6 hours)
- 3 forest tiles (6 hours)
So 15 and a half hours going on the straightest and most direct path to Carlisle.
