Would it possible to increase the 'zoom out' ? Atm it's not far up enough, I'm level with the tree canopy on max.

it works same way for attila - just look for same files in attila folder
War is Hell, and I'm the Devil!
In attila I don't have this problem. I would prefer not to change it this way as it changes the battle camera to classic which i can't stand.

Easier is to simply use camera mod or make one, by making a new pack and editing battle_camera_tables in db.

It's a design decision to have the camera quite low, a high camera makes the battles so much easier, being lower makes you feel more like a general on the ground, there are plenty of mods to change this if you wish though.
AE Dev, mainly units
I agree the camera is to low and i don't like being restricted so much. Anyone know a mod that will be compatible with AE if its going to stay like this?
Every battle camera mod will be compatible as long as it is loaded before AE. Note, battle camera, not battle and campaign camera.

Aesthetically the game looks great, though the early Romans, apart from the shields they look more or less vanilla, and not that good or as unique looking as those when compared to DEL, saying that i do realize that this is early and you will probably be looking to spruce them up a bit. I am liking the mod so far. Thumbs up though.

1. Auxiliary units (Sword and Spear) by the time of imperial (certainly by Augustin's times) were trained the same way as Citizen Romano (CR) or Roman legionary troops. Though the kit varied somewhat. point being is that all Aux units by then should be able to form a (simple shield wall). Secondly, looking at the make up of the Aux Cavalry, bear in mind that they (the Cavalry or Equates and the Alae) saw themselves as distinct from and a higher class then that of the foot counterparts. Point being that the helmets worn would not have been legionary helmets or anything close, as you have in your mod. Some look fine whilst others are wearing infantry type helmets favored by the foot troops. I am a stickler for detail, and i only say this as i like this mod very much. I look forward to seeing it progress. http://www.primaryhomeworkhelp.co.uk...xiliaries.html
