I will add the diplomacy mod if I get the permission from its creator (Shaba Wangy).
I will not add a new map yet since I cannot do much beta testing for CTD checks and do not like CTDs in my mods.
About the animation fix.
I have implemented the Lusted's method since it is visually not problematic and does the job without CTDs.
I cannot check right now if I use the new method if in the process is problematic but will do in the future.
The mod will be save game compatible to any of your save games you have with the original game as long as you copy the save games to my mod-switch file I will provide.
You can witness only gameplay changes and hopefully for the better.
In the next version I will more thoroughly correct any unit attribute unbalances and maybe find new gameplay methods.
Right now I use CA's balance and tweak it to play more efficiently.
The mod will be released late tonight or tomorrow.
Tell me more ideas if you want.

Darth, I played a few battles and I think the Armour Piercing ability for infantry should be improved. And it should be a bit reduced for javelin-armed cavalary like Polish Nobels. They can take out 3/4 of a general's unit before their ammo runs out.

One thing to consider with the use of the Shaba Wanga Diplomacy Mod 1.4 is the extended periods of "peace" between what should be warring factions.
Now I am not a 100% historical nut, but there should be lines that are not crossed. Now I mentioned this to Shaba who did not see it as an issue!
I point to England, Scotland and France as an example. In 120 turns (60years) not one battle was fought by me playing as English, not one blockade or anything. Also checked out a report for Byzantium, someone playing them had been at peace with the Turkish for 100 years with not one battle. i tried this myself and gave up bored to death after 40 years!
My point to this is, you may need to look at modifying this (for certain factions) as the campaign map stalls with extended periods of peace. It would be like DarthMod 8 having peace between the Julii and the Gauls...or the Gauls and Germans for 100 years with no battles.
One of the best parts of DarthMod is the impending doom presented by an unyielding AI hatred of you. If you use Shaba 1.4, this will not be reached.
Anyway that's my two cents worth, and I'm sure other people like peace all the time, but I want to know my enemy hates me and wants to attack me like DarthMod is famous for.
Darth mate... I Played youre Mod in RTW and seasawed between you and RTR. IM absolutly DELIGHTED and elated that you came on to M2TW.
And after reading that you set up shop here and that you were working on a mod i was excited.. And to log in today and see BAM a mod from you i almost keeled over LOL.

You don't get the peace stall if you use only the 2 files descr_campaign_ai_db.xml and descr_diplomacy.xml from the 3 in Shaba 1.4. This is happening in my mod. Italiano is talking about creating a Ai-hates-You version of his AI mod .
