Default Co-op Campaign in Ancients Empires

Hey guys I was just wondering if this mod would be compatible with the co-op Campaign and have you guys tested this especially with desync problems in the past.

Also I wanted to know if there is a mod out there that replaced a neighboring faction and turned it into ROME so they are 2 ROME factions (I know a mod like this existed in ROME 2) so on Co-op we could both could play as Rome and not fight over who will be in control of this power house. If there is such a mod would it be compatible with the Ancients mod with all the added features ?

Thanks and im new to this forum so I apologize if this isnt the appropriate place to put this.

Default Re: Co-op Campaign in Ancients Empires

There was a Q&A with Petellius put out earlier today, and they effectively said that they do not yet know.

Supposedly the idea is on their radar but they cannot guarantee it. Previous comments from Hardballer have stated that the AE team came to a decision to focus on singleplayer, however, and have stated that a lot of their features will not be multiplayer-compatible.

There's little I can say for certain in terms of what those features would be. The only thing I can say with relative confidence is that their supply script (written by the very talented Philip) should work in multiplayer campaigns as I ensured that the code I wrote for them there was multiplayer-safe and I think Philip's code was already entirely compatible in multiplayer campaigns anyways.
