Last year, in 1461, a great Yorkist victory has been secured in the North at the battlefield of Towton. Edward of March has secured the throne for his family and secured England and her various realms for his reign. The Lancastrians have either surrendered, died or on the run with the Queen, Henry VI and Prince Edward who flee for either Scotland or France. With this victory, Edward is sure to be crowned, yet uncertainty may await the Yorkists with the death of Warwick, Richard Neville, at Towton who had been Edward's Kingmaker and greatest supporter.
