im i the only one who feels that this great mod misses camel units for the eastern factions ?

It's been said again and again Camels are not in the released versions of Roma Surrectum. Now there might be a sub mod that includes camels, you should check in the sub mod section. Also at the time of Roma Surrectum, I think the mod maker said that camels were used as pack animals. That means they carried arrows to battle and served as long range transport.
