Mccain most definately is not a democrat hehe, his views fall right in light with republicans from prolife, pro death penalty, anti drug, anti Brady gun law etc. He is a Reagan type Republican not a neocon republican.

Well, judging by that, I disagree with McCain on at least 3 counts. As much as I support the notion of a well-regulated militia and the right to bear arms, I'm slightly unconvinced that automatic weapons bring any benefits to the law-abiding citizens of the United States. I'm also unconvinced that the death penalty constitutes any sort of deterrent or that it's even just[rather than barbaric and criminal...which sometimes crosses my mind], and I'm sure everyone knows my position on the war on drugs.

Ironicaly he's better than anyone the Democrats can bring to the table. So in essence he's the best America can do!

    Not remotely.

McCain isn't the same breed of Conservative as George W, but is a Conservative none-the-less.

McCain is just sooo weak compared to Bush. The congress will walk right over him in the coming years if he won presidency.

Care to post some reasoning on your declarations? One of which (Mccain=democrat) is obviously false. Im fairly certain that a man who spent a few years as a Vietnam era POW can handle something like congress.....

McCain is so popular, Congress would be afraid to try to fight him, same with Guiliani...

Like I said back in 2004.

    McCain Giuliani 08

It'd be a dream if they ran together. Even seperately, one of them is going to win the presidency.

Mccain/Giuliani vs Clinton/Barrack (democrats current darling despite the fact he hasnt done squat yet in his young career)...be a fun election. Wont happen of course cause Hillary probably wont want the shadow of Barrack.
