They're not submods exactly, just other mods that are compatible with DeI. Simply put, most graphical mods are compatible with DeI, provided that they only change something like vegetation, water, or lighting.

May I ask why you chose to make Sardes a Satrapy again?
Because I honestly donīt know if that region was administered in a different way from Syria and Mesopotamia,
but I do know Anatolia had many Katoikoi settlers the Seleucids were able to recruit.

Hey, there are at least two factions we haven't revealed yet on that map.
Well, I was hoping to tease them but thanks for pointing it out
Well, its always been that way in DeI so it wasn't "again" - in terms of that general area being a satrapy. We have actually changed the entity of Sardes to be Lydia. But the answer is the same as it was in the beginning - mainly gameplay, AI and starting size for factions.
Kartli and Eblani (I think that's their name)? Sounds like fun. Might be cool to have a Caucasian faction that doesn't suck like Kolchis.
Beatiful map! Yeah guys, you are really good at teasing us I cannot remember the day unless the days in my childhood, when I was so hypped for a Christmas..lets face it guys, best teaser is Open Beta
New rule, every request for an open beta is FIVE times the penalty for asking when the mod releases.
What about an alpha?

Okay, which days in the next 365 days are you not releasing it on...?
We definitely aren't ready for an open beta, yet, but I won't rule out the possibility of having one for our TWC forum players who have been so helpful with shaping and testing the mod.
I know we have quite a bit of basic work left in a few areas, but its starting to come together. Most of the major systems and overhauls are in, we just have to go about properly finishing, polishing, tweaking and adding missed elements.
From CA ... bad new ; we will never see tools mods to be able to create a full new map or extend the map...
