Constant Fatal Graphics error on every Siege Battle plus random unspecified error crashes, help

running on an fx 8350 with an R9 270x, even though its not a top end pc i cant understand why every time i finish a siege battle i get a fatal graphics error, i have done all of the usual daylight saving fixes as well as the delete Descr_geog new file and have followed installation instruction to a t, but it just keeps happening no matter the graphical settings,

help!

You posted this in the submod forum so I assume you are playing with a submod for TATW installed. That leads me to two questions:

Which submod are you playing?

Could you play the standard TATW without having the problems you described?

Im playing Divide and Conquer and third age runs like a charm, some crashes in the original every now and then but thats extremely rare
