Just wanted to report a little issue to you ByzantineBoy. The "mounted al ramahah/al-ramahah" i believe are still "silversurfers". I encountered them in a battle as The Abbasid Caliphate (Campaing), have not tested custom battle yet.
BTW, Thanks for this incredible mod ByzantineBoy, i have modded it myself a little bit to suit my playstyle perfectly and it is the BEST modification for Medieval 2: Kingdoms ever. Respect
Brutal mod
OMG THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! Stumbled over this accidently, needs a front page announcement, asap!!!!
EB II is finally out! ...NOW!!!...
This is amazing! I had been waiting for this day. Well done, Byzantineboy and team.

Hello. I was playing 2.3 and 2.4 and I modified the 'bug' that abbasids weren't able to recruit ghulam elites. It is just about export_descr_buildings. However, I see it doesn't work with this version. When I open the file, there is ';This file is generated from a spreadsheet; Please do not modify by hand'.
Does anyone know any other way to fix it ?
Ups, sorry, it works. Great job guys with this mod !
I am just curious. Some guy made a more realistic Seljukid roster at some point...is it included?
"Therefore I am not in favour of raising any dogmatic banner. On the contrary, we must try to help the dogmatists to clarify their propositions for themselves. Thus, communism, in particular, is a dogmatic abstraction; in which connection, however, I am not thinking of some imaginary and possible communism, but actually existing communism as taught by Cabet, Dézamy, Weitling, etc. This communism is itself only a special expression of the humanistic principle, an expression which is still infected by its antithesis – the private system. Hence the abolition of private property and communism are by no means identical, and it is not accidental but inevitable that communism has seen other socialist doctrines – such as those of Fourier, Proudhon, etc. – arising to confront it because it is itself only a special, one-sided realisation of the socialist principle."

Hi, is it savegame compatible with the previous version?
In my case, I downloaded and installed BC 2.4 recently but apparently before this one, in august, and I've an ongoing Eldeguzid campaign.
Thx in advance
Whoa, just downloaded it, this looks real good. I can't believe it jas almost been a decade since I first played this mod. It still is has great potential. I wish it was like this back in in 2009-2010

I've been waiting for this for literally years, and so much excitement is within me now! However, I'm saddened to say it is extremely crash-prone for me. I started a Khara Kitai campaign just to pass turns and see what the Mongols look like now. After just 36 turns, I had five campaign map crashes with everything ending on turn 36 with an infinite hang during ERE's turn that would never resolve no matter how many times I reloaded. Does toggle_fow break the game? Any other suggestions on how to make Broken Crescent more stable? Thanks.
Edit - I have now installed the new version and I am very pleased. I am very happy with the way cavalry charge against infantry - this is much better than the previous version. Well done ByzantineBoy!
