I was incredibly impressed when I saw that you fellas had managed to re-incorporate Captains and splitting armies. Part of the reason I've become less and less confident in CA products is that they appear to be stripping out functionality!
Anyway! One of the other things I missed dearly from the previous era of Total War was region trading in diplomacy. You know, you open diplomatic relations with France and tell them "Hey, I'll give you Marseille if you'll just stop attacking me!" or "Hey, give me Dijon for 30000 florins!" Something which most irks me about Attila and Rome 2 is that often times, puppet states are more trouble than they're worth because they don't take the cities you want them to take, and you can't establish proper buffer states by shoring up existing puppets by simply giving them cities.
Is there any hope for incorporating region trading?
