Institute of Civil advocates ordinary citizens from the arbitrariness of municipal councils (curiae) and imperial officials. They are appointed for 5 years by the Emperor or the praetorian prefect, and certainly not of the kurialov. Defenzory gradually concentrated in the hands of wide administrative and police law. They monitored the implementation of laws, especially in religious matters, gained control of the municipal police, and became one of the main responsible for order in the cities of the empire.

The degree of readiness and the number of new units in mod.
Green color - ready, blue will soon be ready.

    The Roman line troops
Two types of armies, one of which with its division into castes. Each entry type is not one unit, and a large group of units of the group one class! The basis is the number of unit-sized cohort, equites: 300 people, not military units - a Legion, auxilia and so on. in 1000-5000 people! Placed below the finished units at the increase of military authority, from the simple to the complex.

    Limitanei - frontier army
Milites - 16 units, Numerus, legionis - 49 units, Auxiliares, Equites, Cuneus equitum

Comitatensis - field armies; Army under Emperor
Comitatensis: Legionis, Equites, Cuneus equitum, Comites
Palatina: Auxiliares, Legionis, Equites, Cuneus equitum, Comites, Schola

    Separate types of units
    Bodyguards - 5 units, Engineering- 5 units

    ----------------------------------------------------------
    Units of other factions
    Townsfolk- 4 units, Robbers - 3 units

    Total new: 74 units

Forgive me my historic ignorance -
Eastern Roman Empire starts with Greek Christianity churches
but country religion is Arian Christianity

What is the difference between Arian and Greek Christianity? I was able to google that Arian christianity is predecessor to Orthodox christianity, but what is Greek one then? This one https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antioc...eek_Christians ?

During this period religion is very complex
In 325 Constantine proclaimed the Nicene creed official religion
But from now until the advent of Theodosius, there were councils and changes

Thanks man. That is probably what game wants me to choose.

Very minor, but Arian with nation trait +1. On the other hand I can covert instantly to Greek Christianism and have all building prepared.

I just wonder who would go for Greek, when there is the country trait Arian influence +1. It is a bit strange. Are there any major building buffs from Greek Christs?

There is playable releaso of old versions at the beginning of thread.

It would take several religious buildings at the beginning of the game for added historical reconstruction, but I do not know if this is possible.
The different christianities created many riots and rebellions, see that of Procopius cousin of Julian the Apostate
