Quite a few possibilities, I'm going for Milan. Missed Sweden's expansion, changing to them.

Hmmmm, Lithuania wiped out Norway, so Lithuania would be my first answer. But you are norwegian, so would you fight and destroy your own land??? maybe not...

The next best guess would be Ireland. So i think i'll stick with our green friends from the island. Ireland for me.

This whole campaign has been a struggle for survival more than expansions, with tons of battles and heroic victories. As all factions start weak I was able to expand quite rapidly in the first few turns, but then due to all nations being at war, and this being VH/VH the AI seems very fond of attacking me. I've had to fight the HRE spam, with a ton more regions than me from the start, Polish, Danish, Crusading Orders and Hungarians. The Hungarians took Vienna while I was busy fighting HRE doomstacks, causing my economy to plummet. I won't play much longer, as I doubt I'll win, simply due to the sheer size of opposition. The thing with battleaxe is that all factions have pretty much equal units and stats, and since I'm outnumbered I have to rely heavily on tactics, but that doesn't save me in the long run

I won? I knew it... Between playing and modding you have to choose, sometimes my ai tests ends up in interesting situations but I am just watching the ai most of the time, so I guess it woudn't qualify for this thread.

Alright, time for another map! This one was played with Total Vanilla, which rebalances the game, adds more regions, factions and units etc. Just like with BattleAxe in the last map, I recommend you check it out All factions except rebels are playable, and the Americas are accessible from turn 2.
