Madness. This is football for you - from 3-0 to 3-4. Sensational stuff.

That being said, Real Madrid winning in the 94th minute or so - Madrid's tradition of winning games in the last moments.

This way we can also post about Manchester United and Inter here.

Sure, I'll change the title. I'll edit the OP with the Europa League groups tomorrow.

Indeed they did. Porto are in trouble.

CSKA 0:1 Totnam -Spurs resemble a football team at times.
Monaco 1:1 Neverkusen - I had turned off the TV because I thought it was over. >_<
Borussia Dortmund 2:2 Real Madrid - Eurgh. I don't know whether it's just the paranoia Madrid's last couple matches gave me, or whether the referee is still leaning in their favour.
Sporting 2:0 Legia Warszawa - to be expected
Copenhagen 4:0 Brugge - Brugge out, Porto's antics might give them third place.
Leicester 1:0 Porto - see above
Dinamo Zagreb 0:4 Juventus - only to be expected
    Sevilla 1:0 Lyon - tight!

Well, teams like Real have a bonus, there's nothing paranoid about it. Atleast he didn't call off the equaliser for dangerous play (which he probably could have) but apart from that, he was infuriatingly pro- Real

Arsenal 2:0 Basel - they could've built up a higher goal difference. You should beat these teams by a larger margin if you want to be a contender.
Ludogorets 1:3 PSG - an expected victory.
Beşiktaş 1:1 Dynamo Kyiv - another expected result.
Napoli 4:2 Benfica - you can't have these slips if you're in control of a match, Napoli aren't true contenders.
    Mönchengladbach 1:2 Barcelona - Messi? Who's Messi?
Sellik 3:3 Citeh Citeh aren't real contenders either, not like this.
Atlético Madrid 1:0 Bayern Munchkins - Atlético for group leaders.
Rostov 2:2 Eindhoven - both teams are out.

PSV once more missed a penalty, should've won it based on the second half. First half was bad though.

    Neverkusen 1:1 Totnam
    CSKA 1:1 Monaco
    Madrid 5:1 Legia Warszawa
    Sporting CP 1:2 Dortmund
    Brugge 1:2 Porto
    Leicester 1:0 Copenhagen
    Dinamo Zagreb 0:1 Sevilla
    Lyon 0:1 Juventus

Madrid and Dortmund, in that order, Totnam and maybe Monaco, Porto + Leicester, Sevilla/Lyon + Juve.

Some of those predictions aren't exactly bold, daring ones.
Hmmm, third-placed teams I'll leave for others to analyse and predict.

It does look as if Le Arse aren't having those weird moments such as those defeats last year against Olympiakos and Dinamo.

It's because this year they have a lot of different options, players are in form and everything is transitioning smooth. Plus, Mustafi is solid.

Right but now we probably just need one win to qualify, we can easily make that a struggle - I'l wait and see...

You can perfectly lose to PSG at home, have a shock 0-1 defeat to some lowly team and claw a glorious away point to secure second place and ensure that, at least, you go out against the big teams.

Basel 1:2 PSG → PSG not worth their millions
Ludogorets 2:3 Arsenal → Le Arse claw a glorious three away points
Beşiktaş 1:1 Napoli → Napoli in?
Benfica 1:0 Dynamo Kyiv didn't watch
    Mönchengladbach 1:1 Sellik → !!!
Citeh 3:1 Barça → Citeh in, it seems.
PSV 1:2 Bayern → Poor PSV.
Atlético 2:1 Rostov → This is why this year's final was a waste, Atlético are just as much a bunch of cheats under Simeone as their rivals.

Ozil's goal was sublime - that was just pure class. So elegant. And the composure was mighty.

Well, well, well, things happen and we have the final 16! Barcelona can draw PSG as they do every year, City can draw Napoli, Arsenal are now primed to draw Real Madrid or Bayern Munich, whichever is stronger, and many other interesting combinations are available. Does anybody know when the draw for the 1/8 finals is to take place? This week? Next?
