Default Changing the likelihood the AI will attack a force?

Does anyone know where in the db the value for the AI's decision to attack a force is?
For example: In ROME II, the AI occasionally will send a pitifully weak stack suicidally at you. Contrast this to WARHAMMER where the AI will generally avoid conflict unless it knows it can win.
I like the way it is in TWW and want to mod it into ROME II. Where the heck is this value located in the db?!
"What? Men dodging this way for single bullets? What will you do when they open fire along the whole line? I am ashamed of you. They couldn't hit an elephant at this distance. " - John Sedgewick, Union General, his last words before being killed by a sniper.
