Will this mod implement a true roman fort system? With the ability to split forces, can we finally leave small garrisons in highly defensive positions and hold off much larger forces with those forts?

captains will be able to go into defensive mode like generals can and so create themselves a fort, but no I doubt thats a possibility, adding scripted forts to the map may be possible but I'm sure hardballer can tell you more on that.
Also I had previously worked on adding a realistic roman fortified camp but the map tools don't work correctly.

Any modder cant fix it, CA have hard codded the tools. They will not fix their tools, even when they promised to us, even when the main reason they give us to buy Attila was the map tools and the "bug free" game. Since AoC the tool is even more codded, in order to keep us, the modders, far away to fix it. I tired, I had some success, but after AoC doesnt work anything.
Thanks to CA!
