    Default Missing tons of portraits and models

    Anyone else finding this to be a problem?

    Ok game keeps crashing. I followed the AI with fog of war off, and the last thing I saw was a Byzantine army moving east towards Constantinople. An overly large error log containing missing resources, particularly eastern european portraits(even though the only portrait folder I find for any culture is the pagan priest folder), and trigger parsing errors for traits shows up. So all in all the game is basically ed and I don't know why, it seems the bug fix compilation just bugs everything.

    Now the game crashed during my turn and I wasn't doing anything other than checking settlements. Can anyone point to any possible fix for this? Running 6.4 bugfix 1.27, on Windows 10. Running as admin in compatibility mode for Windows 7.

    Re-install the game and see if the problem persists.

    The game seems to be looking for alot of eastern european(only folder there are the young and old pagan priests, log file shows the game looking for civilians, merchants, rogues, princesses, priests, heretics, witches and inquisitors) and middle eastern portraits(there is no ui/middle_eastern/portraits, but game is searching for princesses, heretics, witches and inquisitors). That's at the bottom of the page, underneath alot of missing models_strat files, invalid cursors, trigger parsing warnings, etc.

    I'm trying again with patchers downloaded from Mega link on the last post of this thread; http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...er-2013)/page3, which isn't where I got the previous patcher and bin files.

    Ok using that produced same crash before game even started(crashed on hitting start game after selecting empire and difficulty).

    These files are the one I'm using for years now. I've used them many times when I had to re-install everything. That's definitively not related to the files.

    1. Open the mod's config file and loook for the following line: [log]
    2. Update your mod's config file (in your SS6.3 folder and named default.cfg) as follow:
    Code:
    [log]
    to = logs/system.log.txt
    level=*script* trace
    3. Launch the game until the ctd happens.
    4. Post your log here (in spoiler or attached as .zip file). That will hopefully help to find out.
