DO NOT claim the Bannerman Bonus in income. The edited Income rules reflect that being added automatically.

1. Bannermen stipend doesn't exist. Do not claim it.

2. Everyone gets 1 free land militia and sea militia edict until Friday the 26th of August. Since we're fighting in week 1 the mods feel it's only fair we let you procure troops. People playing BFs opening event should restate their troops. You won't use 50% of your levy any more, you'll use this edict instead. Calling up the militia will also be free (rather than 2 Dragons per Point) until the 26th.
