Unspecified error crashing game, logs included

I installed 6.3, patched to 6.4, added bugfix compilation 1.27 and regional knight orders for all, and I can't get past the first AI turn, Venice sends a diplomat to Bologna offering trade and map, then during another faction's turn I get a crash;

Other possibly related oddities include incorrect names for trade goods(honey is camels, sugar is tobacco, etc), jumbled starting generals(44 year old bald helmetless Emperor Heinrich in Frankfurt, 50 year old face covered general in Staufen, heir in Hamburg, former heir in Bologna), Norwegian diplomat in Danish territory Arhaus.
