question, add a visual effect to officers

I, am making a officer mod.
Now i want create 4 officers with visual fx,
Nurgle with a green smoke effect around body
Tzech with some effect around body that give the idea of increase magic power
Slanesh, someting that slow enemies
Khorne, a sorte of blood lust continus effect

So what tables i must mod and is possible create these abilities reserved only to officers?
