War declared on Lithuania and since TO is their ally, TO aswell.

The Teutonic army at the polish border was defeated. A simple NAP will not protect you when all signs point towards war: 1. Attacking Novgorod sieging their castle - they are our allies now, 2. threatening us to break the NAP should we attack Lithuania - which we planned, 3. hiding an army in the woods within striking distance to Plock, Thorn and our defensive fort. 4. agreed to peace with Denmark - your economy is shattered, I assume you are in a terrible debt, so atttacking and sacking some cities or winning a war with your 2 full stacks would bring money into your coffers. your only chance really, well we wont let you get us surprised wont we?

I know, luring an army out of its hiding place is not exactly the fairest thing to do but its not in the rules here and I personally have the opinion that if you hide your army in the woods you are very well aware an enemy gets +tile to attack you. its not too hard to calculate. took me a while to reload a good outcome here, since most I had was damn cavalry

Definitely not globally banned. For the most part I think it's been legal but recently there's been some heavy resistance to it.

Yeah, HotSeats that are already ongoing dont have the change, but most admins consider it an exploit.

Aside from that, Ramble wasnt allowed to post defeats either so yeah....

Those defeats were naval defeats and we decided to call it naval spam bug.I checked other hotseats which have this rule and it didn't mention under bugs/exploits.So its a independent rule and not part of this hotseat.

Go on, the move is legal.

I think Zander9 hits the nail on the head and "heavy resistance" a gross overstatement. Sieging to deny retreat and pulling garrisons - that may qualify. You can pull out ambushes without getting a battle, though it is listed as a defeat. You can also order your forces not to ambush which convinces me that it should be allowed ( before I merely favored allowing it ).

Anyway, Denmark shall review its treaties with the TO - condemning this dishonorable act by Poland.
We are however convinced that we shall stay out of this conflict as far as able, securing our own interests.
