King Renly Baratheon is dead.
Yet that last king, Stannis, still lives, licking his wounds in the North, preparing an attack.
If only one out of five kings left, a man would think that it's over, the last king who remained won, right... well, in fact, everyone is still far far away from victory. The dead ones were replaced with the new ones. The allegiances changed, friends became enemies and enemies became friends... but a 'friend', heh... as for anyone is to be trusted in these umm... weary times.
The earlier mentioned Stannis Baratheon led his army far North, beyond the great ice structure called The Wall to stop the Wildling invasion, as every true king would do. Once he has had enough of the barbarian blood, he turned his eyes south again, to rescue his people from the unrighteous rule of a bastard that sits the Iron Throne and others to him alike. Just as every true king would do. Thus he marched with what army he had left. He quickly gained the support of the Mountain Clans, the Glovers of Deepwood Motte, the Mormonts of Bear Island... they shall follow him into battle. Just like every true subject should follow his true king...
In order to get the force strong enough to defeat the Wildlings, Stannis has abandoned the Stormlands. But, of course, as it often happens, a land doesn't stays lordless for a long time. There is that 'Young Griff', as the men call him. He claims to be Aegon Targaryen, a son of Rheagar. According to Tywin Lannister, his head was smashed against the wall by The Mountain and shattered in countless pieces nearly twenty years ago... perharps someone managed to stitch him up, who knows. Nevertheless, this 'Young Griff' marches his army through the Stormlands, as, for now, no castle proved enough of a challange to stop him. But there he is, under the walls of Storm's End. The battle awaits him for that strong fort. And countless more await him if he is to become a... king.
A new king in the Sunset Sea arose as well. His name is Euron Greyjoy. A man of precautious and cunning character, they say. A man of firm hand they say. A man that sailed as far away as the sea stretches... but the tales won't make others bend to his will... however, actions... actions are something completely different. He promised his men, Ironborn, the greatest wealths they've ever seen, as much salt wives as they wish... glory. There will be songs of this king's dealings... but how will they be sung?
And finally, there is that boy king that sits the Iron Throne. Tommen Baratheon is his name. He inherited his brother's kingdom, his brother's knights... his brother's wife... many enemies surround him. He is the main target by both the Dragon and his 'uncle'. Many are the rumours about his mother. One that has found it's roots in the minds of people is that he is a bastard, born from an incest of Queen Cercei Lannister and her twin brother Jamie. But of course, these are just foolish accusations by king's enemies... Will the boy king manage to stay on the iron chair, or will it fall as the burden of others to sit in it?
But, of course, it is up to other nobles to choose which king they shall support... and there's no doubt that that will be one of the major weights on this swing of power.
These are the powers that shall play a role in this warring times:
We'll be using a The Lost Prince mod, a modified version of Winds of Winter submod, by Luume
*Adoptions*
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
1 random adoption per faction. Will need to be explained through RP, example - Fostering a random noble. Can adopt 2 pre-existing characters that you start the game with to help families not die out, this will also need RP reasoning. All reasons shall be publicly posted on thread per each adoption
If found to be secretly adopting you shall be fined harshly and said member(s) shall be killed.
*Finances*
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
This Hotseat will be taking finances very seriously, if you allow yourself to run into debt. Here follows the financial fines for finding yourself in debt:
-4000 = Troop Desertion -8000 = The Loss of General Loyalty Traits -12000 = Faction Destruction
*Capturing Generals / Agents*
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
A general can be captured if you have him trapped in a fort/castle you are besieging or could have killed him in battle Princesses can be captured if they are just standing in other player controlled lands where troops could get to them. Any captured general/princess can have a ransom negotiated, and the captor may decide to kill them if they wish.
*Rules*
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
Turn 1 peace.
Pm the next player that it is their turn. You have 24 hours to play each turn before skip/sub(Without requesting an extension you will be subbed shortly after 24 hours)
- 3 strike rule when it comes to a player being late. If your late 3 times with no warning, word or reason then you'll be replaced.- Destroying buildings is not allowed if the settlement is under siege or a far superior army is one turn away from the settlement. Barracks within Fortresses are not allowed to be destroyed no matter the previous rule. Turn 1 base destruction is allowed, only time rule 4 is ignored. - 3 forts per region/player and forts need to have a garrison of at least 4 units, to limit fort spamming a bit. - No assassinations - No bug abuse! When you think someone has used a bug report it here and the admin will look into it. - No sailing from a blockaded port without first defeating the blockading ships, it is illegal to burn down ports in order to get around this rule. - Armies must not be hidden in ships inside of ports. - No sallying forth in a siege to deny your besieger the opportunity to sack your settlement. - No sallying forth in a siege if the outcome is a defeat. This counts towards all sieges including forts. - Post pictures of battle odds, involved armies, their banners and the results. It is advised to hide everything else, especially the mini map and your finances. - Settlements gifted should disband all units save one. No gifting regions in a war zone ( bordering faction at war with, or under threat ) - Armies defeated by a player (b) that comes after the original player (a)'s turn cannot move next turn, so if Tyrell defeats a Lannister army that army cannot move next turn. - Exception: Reinforcing armies standing in defenses, even if defeated, don't lose movement points. So player 'a' is allowed to move the army that reinforced another while in a fort even if defeated by 'b'. Addendum to the same rule: no sallying out of a fort\castle which has forces which were defeated last turn. This is to make it fair for those who come last at the turn order, because they will not be able to do this - Heroic victories are banned unless admin decides otherwise - No watchtower spam to prevent forting, admin will be the one to decide if it is or not so dont risk it. - The recruitment of siege equipment and their use is strictly prohibited. - If someone preforms a trick\move which isn't forbidden by the rules that the admin does not like, that action (if it should be allowed or not) goes to a vote and if more then half the players agree then that rule will become valid immediately. This goes for any loopholes a player may find, if you believe an action to be unlawful/possibly against the rules, consider it an illegal move and contact an Admin before making the move.
Princess’s are not allowed to steal enemy generals
*Spoils of War*
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
After every 5 turns, you may request the swords of fallen enemies. For example; If Targaryen defeats Randyll Tarly and kills him, Targaryen may claim his Valyrian steel sword Heartsbane. Other Ancillaries is admin decision, however lordships cannot be taken
Credits for the rules go to Parafix.

Bolton/Frey will be controlled by a single player as will Stannis/Manderly. That is if the HS is filled and we can start, seems like the interest isn't very big.
If A Man would rather play, i can take Admin position make up for his sacrifice in Broken Kingdom. If not i can take Co to help him out and if ya'll need RP rule assistance.

Well, it's his decision, I personally wouldn't have anything against it. And I'd for sure have you at least as Co.
I am not sure about combining Lannister and Joffrey. Maybe we put it to a vote?

Thanks for the offer but I will remain admin I want to watch other people play this mod. I still have nightmares from the Wars of Winter even though I survived in the end. I will glady have you as co admin though, you are experienced in admining in general especially with RPHS, I may still struggle there.
Eh. I'll take Bolton/Frey if this gets players of course. Only one little suggestion, would it be possible to use an edited version? Perhaps a more in-depth version of this mod? More generals and so forth.

Yeah, I'd like that. Can you give me the link please?
I dont think ill make it :3 currently I play all my turns at the same time and upload them and usually it gets quite close for me, to add RP to that would probably be impossible most of the time.
I also don't think that combining Lannister and Tommen is good... If you guys want to vote, we can vote. The thing is, I think that Stannis/Manderly and Frey/Bolton are combined since they are relatively weak factions on their own, and we need to get this started soon. On the other hand, both Lannister and Joffrey have the considerable power, merging those two will basically breed one monster of a faction. Again, the only player we are currently missing is Tyrell, and I believe that we'll soon find him.
