    Educational.

Giuliani is just trying to earn points with the critical transgender block.

    Shameless.

What the hell is that supposed to be?
Judging by the end, it's some sort of commercial.

yeah...this is pretty old news. Rudi Guiliani was on saturday night live, and yes, he did dress up as a woman in the interest of comedy. *gasp* oh, that means he cant be president anymore. Even if it is just jokes, the american people are prude when it comes to sex.

Don't be fooled. Awareness is crucial. Hostile intent is eminent.

Anyone still think he's a good politician now?

yeah, im a liberal and even I think rudi guiliani would be good for america.

I think its obvious that he dressed in drag for comedic reasons, and if spun right it could be percieved that way in the media. Rudi will run as a republican, and the republicans as we all know have the best spin machines and the best smear campaigns....so rudi and his transsexual escapades are safe I think. The only way America woul be outraged over this is if it was a democratic presidential nominee in drag, and republicans were spearheading the smear campaign.

They had Al Gore on SNL one time doing a "the bachelor" spin off where he was choosing a vice presidential candidate.

He was in the hot tub with dudes playing Lieberman and Edwards and all that.

    It was funny stuff.

I remember Gore being on SNL, it was pretty funny and actually pretty nice to see a politician laugh at themselves and all that.

Pff... it's preposterous to think that this is meant for anything more than comedy. Just tells you a bit about how things work in politics when people start moralizing left and right in question of such actions. If anything, now I like the guy more for having a sense of humor.

The main reason I wouldn't field him is because even though many people, including myself thinks it's funny, a lot of republicans are uptight about things like that (cross-dressing.) Liberals are generally more accepting, brewing places like San Francisco and Ann Arbor (GO WOLVERINES.)

Honestly, I doubt the Republicans will win in '08. Too many people dislike the Republican party because of how things have been handled in the past 5 years. Although Giuliani is fairly moderate, it's gonna be tough for Republicans to win back the public in the next two years.

Why are we even discussing this? It's for Saterday Night Live!

No one in America could care what skit he did on that show? it's going to have no effect on the election, unless his opponents try to use it against him...in which case, his opponents are going to be laughed out of the country.

If this is Rudy's only concern for 2008 nomination I think he'll be very happy at his prospects

Wrong. People hate Bush, not the republican party.
Considering the sorry state of the democrats and the fact that the republicans are distancing themselves from Bush (as they have been doing for some time), I'd say their prospects are good.
