I'm planning on building this February, right after Vista launches. The XP to Vista page on Newegg lists a free upgrade from XP MCE (+20 S&H) to Home Premium, which is what I plan on getting. This would only run me $130, as opposed to buying the full version in February for $240. However, I'm wondering if Microsoft/Newegg will pull this offer closer to Vista launch in order to encourage people to buy the full version at full price. Think they'll do this?
