Weird bills, inconsistent unit cards etc..
I saw ascreenshot of stainless steel 6.2 or 6.1 can't remember exactly but in the pic i saw English billmen with actual historically accurate bills, about the lenght of a halberd yet when i go play ss 6.4 English billmen have these weird retarded looking short bills that i also see in Sicilian vespers and Vanilla m2tw, is this a bug or is it intentional? The whole point of a bill is to be a polearm that functions almost exactly like a halberd, not a stick the lenght of an average arming sword with a weird looking tiny twisted blade on the other end, now i know for a fact that bills / fauchards / whatever you want to call them (too many polearms in the medieval period not enough names for them all
) with a blade like that did indeed exist, but the only historically accurate ones i've seen were from about 2m (shaft lenght, the whole thing would have been about 2.3m) all the way to near pike lenght weapons with a much longer and wider blade, i'm assuming this is a weird bug, as the texture for the weapon is also a bit rough on the eyes aswell. Any way to fix it? Or do i have to dig SS6.x whatever the version was that actually had the correct weapon?
I've also noticed inconsistencies with unit cards when comparing to actual troops, for instance Polish halbediers have a unit card that looks like it's from a mod that changes the unit models of some eastern european factions, these models are also in DLV, atleast with BB and the western unit overhaul (never played vanilla DLV so i'm not sure if they are in it) and obviously some of these models are arleady in SS 6.4, the Polish dismounted nobles for instance and a few others aswell, last but not least i've also noticed that some factions have troops that don't use faction colours but instead use what looks like a rebel colour scheme, i've noticed this with the Teutonic order (i think) and a few others, is SS6.4 bugged for good in this aspect or have i severely messed up something? I used to play m2tw a long long time ago before i re purchased it from steam and i can't remember having problems like these before. Any help will be appreciated altough i'm not expecting a magical fairy (or the spanish inquisition for that matter
) who will insta fix all my problems, nevertheless whoever provides any kind of useful information will forever have my gratitude.

Re: Weird bills, inconsistent unit cards etc..
Yeah there are no "uniform" color shcemes for the most part, plus as time went on during the development of Stainless Steel units from other mods or modders were added to various faction rosters, regardless if they "fit" into the vanilla factional color scheme. SS is primarily a mod that addresses gameplay, new feature, historical context, and aesthetics, and in that order of importance. Also the 6.4 version was not planned to be the final release, so the team probably intended to finish and correct any and all of the minor visual inconsistencies that might be found, however, it has been years since an official patch so unfortunately its pretty unlikely that there will be one anytime soon. SS Historical Improvement mod has polished up the original SS 6.4 and then took it to a whole other level, as well has HURB and the 6.4 Bugfix compilation, all improved versions in their own unique ways, thy them all.

Are they using one-handed picks or something?
