The realm seems to be not really at a state of peace, but more one of uneasy truce. In the Riverlands factions have formed in opposition to House Tully, and the defeat and death of Lord Arryn at the hands of the Mountain Clans has led to some Lords muttering the Arryn's have grown weak. The death of the Oakenheart heir at the hands of Ser Clegane have led many to whisper it was intentional, and have inflamed tensions between the two Kingdoms.
Summer continues another year.
