Those are all possible but for now they are set extremely low on our priority and to-do list. We want to have a grand campaign done and playable first and there's still many things before that is achieved.
AoC campaign map fits the best in 1212ad where the map is more focused.Something that the grand campaign lacks . Example is France with 3 regions. And the AoC negates the problem. In 1212ad we can also see Greater Poland with Denmark controlling northern Germany,in the east or the Muslims in Spain that till 1212 exactly were force to be reckoned with - something that won't be possible in later starting dates. AoC map in 1212ad is the best for representing western Europe as it fullest with tons of factions given justice, because the grand campaign map is not detailed enough for great Campaigns with the western factions and their medieval way of government with vassals.Another examples are England ,France and the Holy Roman Empire with their vassals states aĺl over the place. And about the units you won't have to create new ones - you just transfer the units from the Grand campaign to the new AOC 1212ad one and even if there is a time create more reskined units for the vassal states that can't be in the Grand campaign. Example :Ireland in grand campaign is 1 region but in AOC is with 6 regions.
All said for the AOC campaign map being in 1212 comparing it with the Hundreds year war the player will have 50-80% less units in their unit rosters with nothing to replace the missing units with something new like gunpowder units who are in the Grand Campaign as well, less interesting factions like Poland and Muslim Spain being now with 3 regions only.
As for the last Roman campaign the Italian wars fits the best because it's the only Opportunity for the modding team to represent the Ottoman empire - the most cried about faction to be playable in the mod as a hole with tons of new unique units like janisaries and other lightly armed units.
Overall 1212ad for AOC is the best case scenario for starting date - everything else will be lackluster compared to it.And The last Roman campaign for the Ottoman empire with lands in the balkans. With Ottoman horde faction in North Africa played by the player also just like in vanilla TLR dlc.
Everything else got less of a replayability for the player.

I'll help make the grand campaign, but I don't think I want to stick around to work on another campaign map. I'll probably move into making indie games after this mod.
