[HELP] So, what is the Faster and Stronger unit modifier?

So, what is the Faster and Stronger unit modifier? What is causing it? This has pussled me for some time now and it really screws up a moral system that I am working on, any ideas? Or possibly even better, an answer ^.-

I need to get rid of it or if possible make it as small as possible..

You are likely looking for enemy_effect_range, and enemy_numbers_morale_penalty_multiplier*. You may also be looking for cavalry_effect_range *Note that unlike every other value on the list this is positive for a penalty.
