Ryon Lefford for both events. +9 Duels, +7 Survival, +26 hp. Or +3 in both if no equipment is in use.
    Edric Hill for both, aux.

The Lefford family arrived in Lannisport for the tournament. Raymar and his wife; Ryon and his wife; Edric Hill, the bastard son of Raymar's reclusive brother Godric. It had been with some misgivings that Raymar had even brought the bastard, but Godric was distant enough with his family without denying the son he'd chosen over the family the chance to attend the tournament.

Elis Hawk, Captain of the Reavers, and Daughter of Ghosts arrives, and signs up for the Melee, not really having a horse or armour fit to joust with, and prefering not to embaress herself with the request.

    Base Duels
    Base Survival.

A large, raised pavillion had been erected for the high lords and ladies to survey the jousting. The seating was lofted sothat each subsequent row had a vantage point to view the lists. Lannister colors hung everywhere, and the city watch of Lannisport was a constant presence, several thousand strong, in order to keep the beggars and thieves at bay. Lord Tywin sat in the middle of the raised platforms on a massive chair lined with red velvet and silver. To his left and right lesser chairs had been reserved for the guests of honor; the Tyrells of HIghgarden and their guests, as well as the high lords of the Westerlands.

Raymar and his wife joined Tywin in the stands. With them was Ryon's wife, Lady Falia Kenning, and a nanny tending to their three children, Olenna, Gerion, and Erena, aged 7, 5, and 3 respectively. Word had come by way of an outrider that the Tyrell party were approaching the tournament grounds and many Lords of the Westerlands were thus gathering to see the meeting of Tywin and Mace, aware that the two realms had so nearly been to war in the recent past.

Byren was on the tourney grounds waiting for his turn in the lists to be announced. He was rubbing down his horse and preparing it for the coming tilts.

Elis Hawk, Captain of the Reavers, and Daughter of Ghosts, walked to the stands were the knights would soon be jousting. There was some time to kill before the melee, so she would amuse herself with this specticle. With her incredible beauty and reletively well made clothes, she could be thought of as a noble woman, one who preferred the garbs of men to the dresses of a woman. However, the deep black cloak and sword by her hip made it clear she was something else entirely. Here, she would have t oshow restraint. While a Lord would be less likely to indulge in cat calls, they would probably not take a broken nose as well either. And her Reavers were overprotective enough to shoot up the whole town if anyone tried anything.

She saw a man, rubbing down his horse, and walked up to him, eager for conversation.
    "Nice day, no?"

Byren looks up at the woman's approach, an older woman, and one of a regal beauty, but the sword at her hip marked her as something different. Mya would have worn a sword had Mathis allowed it he thought to himself wryly. She reminded him of Mya, with her mans dress and sword. He stands nodding to the woman respectfully,

"My lady may I ask your name?"

Elis found herself smiling as he was so nice and respectful. Probably because he didn't know her stature yet, but she wasn't going to hide behind ignorance, and so after she returned his nod, spoke.
"My name is Elis Hawk, Captain of the Reavers, Daughter of Ghosts. The three people behind me doing an excellent job of shadowing me are Bran, Robert, and Eagle. He refuses to tell us his real name, so we stick with Eagle. I'm here for the Tournement, thought I'd pass by on my way to King's Landing"

Byren raises an eyebrow a mercenary captain then. She had to have some experience in combat than. "Well a pleasure to meet you Elis, I am Ser Byren of House Caron. Although I will say Lannisport is not on any root to Kings Landing I know of. Unless you are coming by sea."

Ser Robar Clegane arrives. Mounted on an enormous black destrier standing at 18 hands high. Dressed in black plate armour with a yellow tabard, embroidered with the three black dogs of his house. The huge monstrosity rode up to Lord Tywin and bowed his head from horseback. Not that any in the pavilion could see it, of course, horse and rider combined stood well above the height of the roof. "My Lord, I come to pay my due respects before I compete!"

Elis gave him a polite little head boy as he introduced himself. Such a polite Ser, it was like finding a Dragon Egg out in the wilds.
"Ahh, well, you see. We are the Reavers. Everywhere, is on route to everywhere else. Nothing short of The Wall stops us from going were we want to go. And The Wall would only stop us for a little while. Maybe House Caron could extend some hospitality some time, and I could teach you how to move properly. All this marching and clattering, stomp crash, smash. So loud, and inefficent"

"You would have to speak to my brother on that front, not I. He rules Nightsong an his son will rule after him." He pauses studying the woman certainly pretty, he shakes his head slightly wondering where such a woman would have learned the arts of war. "No I am merely Castellean of Summerhall watching it until the Prince is old enough to claim his inheritance."

Lord Tywin bid Clegane rise. "Bring honor to us, Ser Robar, and it will not go unnoticed." He exchanged a knowing glance with the man, one that Kevan, sitting to his left, had noticed. His brother had something planned, but what?

Clegane raised his lance in salute, with the yellow pennant with three black dogs fluttering in the light sea breeze. He acknowledged the look with the slightest tilt of his head. He trusted Lord Tywin to inform him of who he wanted to have an "accident" in plenty of time. He made his way down the tourney field, waiting for the tourney to begin.

"Ahh, but I did not say the Lord of Nightsong, I said House Caron. Which means any member of it is free to take up the offer were ever he may wish to do so. Summerhall, Nightsong, an inn off the Kingsroad. A clearing in a forest. Where ever is good" she grinned. Maybe it was flirting, she hadn't really much practice with it. She just saw it as a way to talk to men. They all thought with one singular thing, unique to the gender.

"Maybe on day I will need such services as your men offer, but that day is not today." he in a tone of mock sadness. "No I have no need to lead men in the field any time soon, but I will keep you and your company in mind when that day comes."

"Don't wait until you need something to get it. There is always reason to lead men in the field. For bandits, for Wildlings, for the mere training and practice. Do not let times of peace rust your sword. Drill your men until they can form on a single word, play at War every day, so when it comes, it is not a foregin concept many years back. And I rarely lead my men in the field either. If you see us, you are either our friend, or we have done something very wrong"
