[Help] parts of mod working, not all

My mod seems to not be working properly. Some parts are, like the ward save ability, but the changes to all units stats are not. I'm not sure if another mod is interfering somehow or if it's packing a sad.

I have removed other mods that could interfere but it hasn't helped. I'd rather not start again as this has happened before.

I have changed values in many parts, land_units_table main_units_tables etc, but now they seem to not be translating to the game. They were not so long ago now they won't.

And now it's working.
