To suggest anyone but Mith or Soul would be rather shocking, i would normally press the instant Mith vote as per usual but i have not seen him lately in Westeros. So vote goes to Soul.

Mac, Dragon, Joe, Chieftain, Para and even Adan are all individuals I know to be fine players in their own rights. However none of them I view as a challenge like I view Mithridate.

If I may ask, what makes such a big difference between such really good players and Mith? I would think that it comes to a certain level at which all players max out as you dont have unlimited options, the very best players like Mac, Dragon, Joe etc maximize these options. What is it that can make a player EVEN better? Am not too good myself, would love to learn

You've never seen Mith actually try have you? The difference is how much time they put in, how they plan, have foresight of every situation, how they bait, how they manage troop placement, handle game mechanics and endless others things I wont bother explaining. Mac, Dragon, Joe, Chieftain, Para and Adan are all players on this list I know would put up a good fight, but I'd be confident of victory, while Mithridate is the only player that gives me pause.

Who would I vote for if not Mith? I'd vote for Mac, he's experienced and out of a lineup I'd pick him to fight simply because he's the better of them in my eyes. However, he's not Mith, and doesn't give me pause.

Never got the privilege on actually seeing it ingame, im following the TAG team tournament but thats not really any personal experience. I am now in a HS with him tho! (True Kings SS) But im not very close to him, Its interesting to see how some players are extremely good and then you have players who are even a level above that :O

Mith puts an insane amount of time into his turns when he's truly invested, even more than myself, and that is saying something. Ignore the ponies and you've a demi-god of Hotseating.... haft horse most like.

xD In all seriousness I'm surprised StouFf didn't get a mention. I've been absent for the past week and would have given my nomination to him as he would cut down almost everybody on that list. Only Mith and I would put up a good fight I think.

Of course you fear me Soul, hence why I ne'er see you in any of my HS any more

His lack of presence in Westeros is noticable, gives some of us a fighting chance though. I'm more than willing to fight the more experienced such as Soul and Mac, Mith i'd rather take bear isle and sit up there till hes finished everyone else off.

There are none on this list that make me fear for my life, though they are all great players. I'll cast my vote to the person I think is currently the best (or at least one of the best). I would go for Mith, but decided not to vote according to past merit. I'll go for Joe (bit of solidarity here maybe). He's definitely a great player. I've never played a true game against Soul, so don't really know how good he is. Would love to find out someday, Soul, seeing how confident you seem to be.

No argument there, Joe is a great player. As for our match? Maybe you'll get lucky.... I think Para is opening some Hardcore RP Hotseat that you could join (if your up for a LOT of RPing) but I'll be Stark and playing very casually/writing a darn fanfictions worth of content so I wont exactly be out for #1 lol. Still, are welcome to join that, if your interested in RP and wont give up on it haft way into the game. He promises me it'll be a true RP game...

There are some really dangerous folks around here, for example Mith. Yet I decided to pick Chieftain for how he and joe crushed our cats in TAG ( unfortunately I pressed joe instead of Chieftain in the poll by mistake). Although, TAG is still not even in half, so Mith and Mac still can prove they re better

A very good misstake, particularly because how well he has done in TAG. I've not played Joe enough but there is no doubt he's in the top echelon ( we're at each others throats now though! ), I'd say tried and tested Stouff and Mac before mostly because them I know oh so well in battle!

It's great to see so many nominees for this category. All good players, I'm sure. I haven't played against many of them, but two people on the list have given me real trouble in the past: Chieftain Khuzaymah and Mithridate. It's been awhile since Chieftain and I tangled, but I still remember how much time and concentration I had to put into those games. Still, my vote has to go to Mithridate as he has bested me more recently, and still manages to surprise me with unexpected moves.
