If another faction wins a campaign or I complete the objectives and I choose to 'Continue Playing'.

Do the events still occur as normal? (eg. Gunpowder age, etc)

why even bother with objectives, just put long campaign and do whatever you want


anyway i am pretty sure events will still continue after you win

when another faction completes it's objectives before you i think you cant play anymore

Yeah that's what I do and I was just playing along but another faction won the objectives, I chose to continue playing just wondering if everything occurs as normal or I have to restart.
