Baktria Missions

I started a Baktria campaign and as I received the mission to take Alexandreia-Eschate the Sakas besieged the town already with a full stack. The next turn they took the town and the mission was cancelled(so i was never able to get the colonists from it). However, when I besieged A-E I got the mission to upgrade the walls although I didn't even own the town yet. Nevertheless, I was able to fullfill this mission after I took the city (don't know if this is intented to happen like this).

Im now in turn 230 and still haven't got any colonists although I own several Helenistic Polis'

Another thing is that after conquering Persepolis from Arche I am able to construct a Basilike Patris there but the city only has a Hellenistic Polis.

You need either a Hellenistic Metropoleis (polis_three) or three Hellenistic Poleis' (polis_two - not the Minor Hellenistic Poleis) to get colonists.

A Basilike Patris requires polis_two+ and helcol_two+.

I do own more than three cities with a helcol_two(Baktra, Rhagae, Apameia and some more) but still no advisor popup for more than 8 years now. I got the option to build settler towns in Baktra however although I didn't get the popup...Im very confused

The advisor stops appearing after turn 64, but you still get the colony points. Check whether you can build new polis_ones or build/upgrade helcols.
