Confederation buff

Hello everyone,

i wonder if there is a way to change the 5 turn buff. As you might already know, if you open effect_bundles_to_effects_junction in data.pack, you may change the diplomatic penalities but I did not find an entry for the number of turns you need for another attempt.

Can someone help me?

The given number in this files represents the duration of the diplomatic penalities
