Default Tumbleton, Stewardship of Ser Gardson

Tumbleton is a castle in the eastern Reach that belongs, nominally, to House Footly. The only surviving Footly of the landed line is Lady Cimbre Footly, her father and brothers being slain by House Tarly when they rose against Highgarden in the name of the Faith of the Seven. Lady Cimbre was then forced to marry Lord Mace Tyrell and bear him children, cementing House Tyrell's control over the title. Lady Cimbre Footly remains technically the Lady of Tumbleton, ruling in her own right, but she now lives in Highgarden with her husband, tending to her infant child.

The castle is ruled in Lady Cimbre's name name by Ser Geralt Gardson, a Castellan hand-picked by Mace Tyrell from one of the many Knightly Houses that serve the Tyrells around Highgarden, ensuring that the castle is de facto, if not de jure, under Mace's control.
